First, equipment installation

1. Central air-conditioning project installation basis and material use principle

1) Design drawings: drawings are engineering languages, and any construction and installation must be based on the construction drawings.

2) Product manual of central air conditioning unit, terminal equipment and supporting equipment, installation manual

3) The construction unit can only implement the installation of the central air-conditioning system after obtaining the above two basis.

4) The main materials used in the central air conditioning system are valves, filters, soft joints, check valves, float valves, solenoid valves, pressure gauges, thermometers, automatic exhaust valves, galvanized steel pipes, PB pipes, PPR pipes, PVC pipes. , insulation materials and various pipe fittings.

All the above products are required to provide the factory certificate, the material approval certificate and the instruction manual. Otherwise, the materials used are not qualified. If the project requires strong electrical materials, the products must pass the national electrical product certification manufacturer (with certificate).

5) The nominal pressure of valves, filters, soft joints, etc. is 1.0Mpa, the gauge range is 0~0.6Mpa, and the temperature measurement range is 0~100°C.

2, central air conditioning unit installation

1) The equipment is transported to the construction site. After receiving the goods, the user and the construction unit should carefully check the goods to confirm whether the goods are damaged during the transportation process, and confirm that all the scheduled spare parts are received. If there is any damage, they should be notified immediately. The delivery person should immediately notify the dealer or branch personnel.

2) The unit should be kept as level as possible during handling and lifting, the angle of inclination should not exceed 30°, and the sling load should be at least 2.5 times the weight of the unit when lifting, and the protection pad should be added at the contact.

3) The unit can be installed on the roof, balcony or outdoor courtyard. The bearing surface should be 2.5 times the weight of the unit's running weight + human weight.

4) The installation of the unit must have enough enthalpy for heat dissipation and convenient maintenance personnel to enter and exit. The surrounding position of the unit is not less than 0.5m, so that the air flow in the direction of the air is unobstructed, and if necessary, the duct is introduced.

5) According to the installation method of the unit, the base of the unit is made and the anchor bolts are reserved. The base is required to be level, and the strength and load bearing are in accordance with the operating load requirements of the unit.

6) When the unit is in position, the rubber damping pad should be placed under the base cabinet of the unit. After adjusting the level of the machine, the foot screws can be solid.

7) Connect the power cable connection specifications of the unit according to the requirements of the product technical description. Do not share a power supply line with other electrical equipment.

8) The air conditioner main unit casing should be grounded reliably, and there should be corresponding lightning protection grounding measures when installing the roof.

Note: It is strictly forbidden to hoist the unit outside the wall to avoid accidents in which the unit falls into the wall. The surrounding of the unit must be well ventilated, and the direction of the exhaust should be avoided in the direction of the monsoon to avoid affecting the use effect. The crew must be installed in a location that is difficult for children to reach.

3, the end fan coil unit installation

1) Determine the installation position and elevation of the fan coil unit according to the air conditioning construction drawing requirements.

2) When installing the fan coil, be careful to handle it gently. Do not subject the unit to heavy pressure. It is strictly forbidden to hold the impeller and the volute handling unit. During the installation process, ensure that the components such as the insulation layer of the fan coil housing are intact, so as not to affect the performance of the unit; after the fan coil is installed, ensure that the condensate is discharged smoothly.

3) The fan coil installation must be firm and reliable, and does not cause the surrounding environment to resonate. At the same time, there should be a maintenance space of not less than 600mm in principle.

4) The fan coil only bears its own weight and cannot withstand the external force of the duct, water pipe and other objects.

5) Care should be taken when connecting the water pipes so that there is no distortion or distortion of the joints of the unit.

6) Fan coil power supply is 220V, 50Hz. When wiring the unit, the wires should be strictly distinguished, and the wiring should be connected according to the wiring diagram. In particular, the public line cannot be connected, and the grounding bolt of the unit equipment is used for protection and grounding.

7) It is strictly forbidden to share one control switch for different models.

8) When the fan coil installation is completed, the fan impeller should be gently turned and the friction sound should be checked. If there is no friction, the fan coil can be energized and tested. Observe whether there is abnormal noise in the operation, and whether the wind speed of each gear is obvious. Different, after everything is normal, the fan coil installation is completed.

Second, the system is installed

1. Electrical installation of equipment

1) Read the supplied electrical wiring diagram and instruction manual carefully before installing the system.

2) The installation, connection and arrangement of all power supply lines shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant national electrical construction specifications.

3) All power supply wires are required to be national standard core wires. The control cable wires and power wires must be opened separately, and protective sleeves are provided to prevent electromagnetic interference of the power cables to the control cables.

4) According to the actual installation position of the unit, lightning protection conditions should be considered.

5) If you encounter special circumstances during construction, please contact us in time. caveat! The unit housing must be reliably grounded.

6) Before installing the power cord of the unit, first check whether the power supply meets the requirements of the unit, and then check whether the specification of the power supply cable (dotted line) meets the technical requirements in the product manual; the terminal of the wire should be crimped to the rear of the wiring for wiring. Install in strict accordance with the electrical wiring diagram in the product manual, warning! It is strictly forbidden to energize the unit before it is reliably grounded.

7) The same speed control switch shall not be adjusted with multiple fan coils of different models. When the wiring current of the speed control switch is allowed, two or three fan coils of the same specification and type may be adjusted.

8) Refer to the manual wiring diagram for wiring the main unit and fan coil.

9) Connection installation of indoor controller

The connection line of the indoor controller is connected with the outlet line at the fan coil. Note that the line color of the two ends should correspond. The wiring plug of the controller must be tight to ensure good contact. The area of ​​the controller housing is 120*120mm2. The area of ​​the box is slightly larger than this (greater than the edge size of 0.5cm), do not let the controller connection be mechanically injured.

Third, air-cooled hot and cold water system (referred to as water system) installation

1. When installing the water system, it is necessary to strictly follow the slope of the design drawings to ensure the smooth discharge of air in the system. If the system has some gas collection and cannot be discharged, it is necessary to install an automatic exhaust device at this highest point. Be sure to operate (and reserve inspection holes). In addition, the automatic riser valve must be installed on the return pipe of the highest point of the system riser, and the drain discharge valve should be installed at the lowest point.

2. The installation part of the riser shall not have the phenomenon of tilting, partial or squatting. The height of the riser shall not be two brackets installed on each floor of 4 meters.
