In a highly competitive society, how to deal with the contradiction between environmental protection and cost reduction has become very important. In the process of industrial and civil lighting equipment, the voltage fluctuations, power failure, surge, and sloshing of the power grid may cause damage to the lamps, waste of energy, and light pollution. These have caused the loss of human and material resources in vain, so it is necessary to develop a lighting controller, and a smart lighting controller (SLC) came into being.

Introduction to the principle of 1SLC In the actual work, we often encounter this situation. When the grid voltage is used during the daytime, the voltage drops, and at night, the voltage gradually increases with the decrease of the power consumption. Lighting fixtures are often not equipped with corresponding voltage control equipment, which causes the lamps to work in the same state regardless of the voltage level, and the brightness is difficult to meet the requirements. Especially in places where indoor lighting is required, the brightness during the day is not enough, and the brightness at night is excessive. This situation not only causes light pollution, but also accelerates the aging of lamps and wastes energy. The SLC developed for this situation has solved this contradiction better. The light intensity sensor is a photoresistor, and after being transformed, the sample is kept and sent to the A/D processing to be a signal recognizable by the single chip microcomputer. The A/D converter chip uses TI's TLC2543 and contains 14 channels. Count 11 external analog inputs, 3 internal self-test voltages. An on-chip integrated sample-and-hold circuit can be easily connected to the microcontroller.

The connection mode with the microcomputer is RS232 interface, and the interface chip is MAX 232 of MAXIM. It converts the output signal of the single chip into standard signal and drives the RS232 interface.

2.2 Software design software design adopts modular structure, mixes assembly language and C language programming, and writes main control program module, key control program module and display program module. It has good portability, and it is convenient for users to adjust to the application scheme of the midnight light and the night light with bypass. This not only ensures the illumination, but also adjusts the output voltage reasonably, which not only prolongs the life of the lamp, but also saves power consumption.
