3 Bonding and fixing: Bonding and fixing is a fixing method for bonding glass with epoxy resin or glass glue to wood lining, and is suitable for glass of 1 m2 or less. When using glass decoration on the column, it is more convenient to use this method.
4 support pressure fixed: the support pressure is mainly pressed against the wall by the pressure of the pressure strip and the frame support. The bead and frame are available in wood, plastic and metal profiles (if there are aluminium profiles specifically for glass mounting). It is also possible to use a method of supporting hardware, which can be applied to a glass of about 2 m2. The glass is opened up and down, because it is supported by hardware, so it is a safer method.
5 Bonding support fixing: In addition, for a large area of ​​monolithic glass, the main method is to support the pressing method, and it can also be fixed by bonding method. The mass load of the glass itself mainly falls on the lower frame or the masonry, and the other frames prevent the glass from being cambered and decorated. For continuous wall-mounted assembly and ceiling glass bonding, the method of bonding the supporting hardware should also be used. This method is suitable for wall surface, 3m2; for ceiling, below 60cm2. On the basis of confirming that the smoothness, strength and dryness of the substrate meet the requirements, the hardware is attached, and the glass layer is coated with a glass adhesive and a block (wood or rubber block) to press the glass. After adjusting the hardware, fill the seal in the seam.
